Janaagraha

For nearly 25 years, Janaagraha has been working with a mission to transform quality of life in India’s cities and towns. Their strengths lie in municipal finance, government capacity building, and unlocking of funds to enable effective delivery of municipal services. An integral part of their city-systems work is making it easier for citizens to actively participate in the governance of their neighbourhoods and cities. With Rainmatter Foundation’s support, they are creating climate-friendly city action plans in 10 cities of Assam which will be taken to many other states.
