Across the civil society ecosystem, valuable data is mainly used for reporting and rarely shared. Tarkam is working to change this by strengthening data capacity, building shared infrastructure, and enabling organisations to collaborate and tell stronger, data-driven stories. At Rainmatter Foundation, we believe open systems and shared commons are key to solving complex challenges. Through this partnership, we hope to enable more grassroots voices to participate in data-driven conversations and bring deeper, place-based insights into public and policy discourse.
