Waste Warriors is involved in waste management efforts in parts of the Himalayas, an extremely eco-sensitive zone. The pristine environment is under pressure from increasing anthropogenic activities such as tourism. The Rainmatter Foundation is Waste Warriors for their waste management initiatives, awareness building and inputs for local waste management policies.
